JITO uses high-grade GCr15 bearing steel. By controlling oxygen content (below 5 ppm) and non-metallic inclusions, we prevent subsurface fatigue cracks. This structural approach improves the fatigue life limit compared to standard carbon steels.

Phase 2: Ultra-Precision Machining and Geometric Tolerances (P5 / P6 Grade)

Our finishing processes ensure micro-level dimensional precision. Controlling raceway super-finishing, roundness, and roller profile parameters allows us to offer P5 and P6 tolerance bearings. This reduces running friction, prevents overheating, and extends lubricant life.
